A weekend we just hosted
Four friends in their late 20s and early 30s came over from Somerville for Alabama–Georgia. They shared nachos and a pizza, ordered drinks and watched the game. Later that night, 20 guests walked in at 8 PM to surprise a friend for her 30th birthday. The band started at 9, and they spent the night dancing.
That’s how a weekend here can unfold: come for the game, meet friends for food or make a night of the band. If some of your group wants to dance and others want to keep watching, the game stays on the big screen above the bar when the band plays.
Know the sound setup: games usually play without audio, and game audio is off when a band starts. Designated watch parties—such as Patriots games, Bruins and Celtics playoffs, and World Cup games—are the exception. Check the event listing for game sound.
Food & drinks
Order food at The Lantern, our in-house concession-style restaurant, and drinks at the bar. This is concession-style service. Despite the beer hall name, our bar also serves liquor.
A large cheese pizza is $17.50 and BBQ pulled pork nachos are $24.50. Sharing both comes to $42 for the food—$10.50 each for four friends, before drinks, tax and tip. Prices confirmed October 12, 2026; check the menu for changes.
